Mental Health Awareness Week

Talking about mental health is so important. Now more than ever. We all struggle, we all suffer and we all need support. Stop the stigma and promote mental health awareness!

In the past weeks, many mental health campaigns were shared through Instagram, Linkedin, blogs, newspapers’ articles, etc. There is a new tendency to promote the importance of self-care, especially in the post Covid-19 era. Despite all this knowledge, we sometimes neglect what our body is telling us and continue pushing, struggling until the alarm is activated. That’s when we realise we have reached our capacity limits.

Whatever happens at your workplace, at your home, or your city. Always remember to take some regular breaks and practice self-care. Whether it’s by going to the gym, reading a captivating book, eating healthy food, meeting up with your best friend, watching a romantic movie or practicing mindfulness… Use and treasure these crucial moments that will keep you healthy while acknowledging and making room for your worries and anxiety. “No one will take care better of you than yourself”.

How do you practice self-care? What is your favourite self-love routine?
