Supporting Your Journey

My Story

I was born and raised in Switzerland, and from an early age, I have been passionate about listening, empathy, and approaching people with kindness. This passion led me to study psychology (Bachelor’s degree in Lausanne, Switzerland), with a specialization in work and organizational psychology (Master’s degree in Work and Organisations in Neuchâtel, Switzerland).
Following my studies, I spent over ten years working in Communications and HR roles in Switzerland and Singapore. During this journey, I faced my own workplace challenges and worked extensively on managing anxiety and stress. To better understand myself and support others, I engaged in numerous trainings, readings, and professional development opportunities.
These experiences inspired me to found Journey to Clarity, a practice dedicated to helping others navigate similar challenges. As a registered psychologist with the FSP (la Fédération suisse des psychologues), I continue to pursue ongoing professional training, including upcoming courses on burnout prevention and management.
I am currently based in Lausanne and offer both in-person and online sessions, making it possible to support clients wherever they are.
